12号主机（IP尾数为116.194）从昨晚开始就一直访问速度超慢，还有不能访问好长时间，这期间我与主机商来来回回十几封邮件联系，服务器是时好时坏，希望在这个主机的用户再耐心等待，这个主机商我还是比较信任他们的，相信他们也会尽快处理好这次攻击。对于这个主机受影响的用户我感到非常非常地抱歉，请再耐心等待，会尽快恢复的，down多长时间我愿意以10倍时间补偿。同时也祝DDoS攻击的人不得好死，要是被我知道是谁干的，我绝对不会客气的。

下面为主机商发给我的信息：
the server is facing a severe DOS attack. There are multiple IP addresses connected to the server with single connections, not targetting any specific domain. It is a SYN flood attack and hence the sites are loading very slow or timing out. We are checking it and are trying to implement any filtering for these IP addresses. We are working on it and shall update you soon. Please accept our sincere apologies on the inconveniences caused to you due to this.

UPDATE:目前主机已经恢复，为了预防万一，请大家登录cpanel，备份，下载 MySQL 数据库备份和下载主目录备份。再次对这次问题给大家造成的麻烦道歉，如果你想换到我们的其它的主机请随时联系我。

IP的尾数为69.220的朋友将会受到影响，这两天这个主机down的次数比较多，主机商也下决心要处理了，所以今天或明天在维修的时候可能还会再down，请各位朋友见谅和理解。
Server SupremePanel11.com is having some hardware issue and the past few weeks is crashing almost every day and since yesterday it is crashing even more often. We believe we have finally located the problematic hardware and we are in proccess of removing it from the server. Today and tomorrow the server will experience several more downtimes, which will be caused by our staff in order to move the required files from the broken SSD to a hard drive disk. We will also move the MySQL to a separate MySQL server. Once this process is complete – we will inform you via email.
UPDATE:接到主机商新的通知，目前已经处理好了，在此向这个主机上的用户致于诚挚的道歉。
We are pleased to announce that we have removed the broken SSD from the server and migrated the MySQL server to a separate machine. These actions are aimed at increasing the server’s stability and protecting it from any further performance disruptions. With this remedy action the server is now expected to perform much better since it will no longer need to handle the MySQL server load.
All reported issues have been fixed now and all sites should be working in perfect hosting conditions. However, it would be good to check your sites to make sure that they work properly. If you find a site that can not connect to the MySQL server, please open a ticket at your earliest convenience, so our administrators could fix it right away.

否则带宽超标，决不帮你增加，加钱也不要。
